CLIENT: Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) INGEN’s Role: Subcontractor under the ATF Seat Management contract vehicle SERVICES Provided: Staffed the UNISYS Strategic Command Center. The Command Center was responsible for coordinating all efforts related to the workstation refreshproject. Responsibilities included project management, logistical support, databasemanagement, and help desk support.   • INGEN personnel were used as part of the Rapid Response/Tiger team. The team’s responsibility was to respond quickly to   problems that occurred in the field. • INGEN helped design the ATFESA website. The website allowed the ATF and UNISYS to track the progress of the field installations   in real time. It also was an integral tool for capturing the asset data during the equipment recovery effort.   CLIENT: Transportation Security Administration (TSA) INGEN’s Role: Subcontractor under the TSA Information Technology Managed Services (ITMS) contract vehicle SERVICES Provided: Completed site surveys for the White Package roll out at 37 airports. Installed computers, printers, fax machines, telephones, copiers, and scanners at airports and off-site locations.   • Trained the Federal Security Director and their staff in the use of their new equipment. • Coordinated the efforts of various contractors during the white package rollout. • Baseline tested the image used during the first phase of the white package rollout. • When UNISYS became the prime on the contract, INGEN was called upon to create and set up the procedures for the UNISYS   Technical Deployment Center. Responsibilities included project management, logistical support, database management,   and help desk support.
